摘要
目的分析产科护理可能出现的风险,并以此为依据制定有效管理措施,提高护理质量,保证产妇、婴儿的安全。方法在该院2016年2—12月期间收治的产妇中随机抽取186例作为该次的研究对象,分析护理中可能产生的风险因素,制定有效护理管理措施,对比风险管理前后指标变化情况。结果通过有效风险因素分析及管理对策实施,产妇在住院期间的投诉发生率、医疗事故发生率均有明显的下降,护理质量得到优化,产妇满意度显著提升,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理中存在着众多风险因素,科学分析并合理制定管理措施,有利于全面提升护理质量,提高护理满意度,降低妇产科风险发生率,对进一步确保产妇、婴幼儿健康安全具有重要临床意义。
Objective To analyze the potential risks in the nursing in the department of gynecology and provide reference for making the effective management measures thus improving the nursing quality and ensuring the safety of delivery women and infants. Methods 186 cases of delivery women admitted and treated in our hospital from February to December 2016 were selected and the potential risks in nursing were analyzed and the effective nursing management measures were made and the index changes before and after risk management were compared. Results The analysis of effective risk factors and implementation of management strategies can obviously decrease the incidence rate of compliant of delivery women during the hospitalization period, incidence rate of medical accidents and the nursing quality was optimized and the satisfactory degree of delivery women was obviously increased and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion There are many risk factors in the nursing in the department of obstetrics and scientific analysis and rational formulation of management measures are conducive to comprehensively improving the nursing quality, improving the nursing satisfactory degree, reducing the incidence rate of risks in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, which is of important clinical significance to further ensuring the health and safety of delivery women and infants.
