摘要
目的:研究股前外侧皮瓣在合并软组织及血管缺损断指再植术中的疗效。方法:选取2015年8月~2016年8月期间在我院进行断指再植术治疗的合并软组织及血管缺损手指离断患者60例,分成观察组(股前外侧皮瓣)和对照组(血管移植后带蒂皮瓣),30例/组。组间对比术后皮瓣参数以及手功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的术后皮瓣成活率、皮瓣外形、皮瓣颜色、皮肤感觉等情况以及手部运动功能恢复优良率均比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:股前外侧皮瓣应用在断指再植术中,有利于修复合并软组织及血管缺损手指离断患者的软组织、血管和肌腱,效果优越。
Objective：To study the effect of the anterolateral femoral flap in the replantation of soft tissue and vascular defect.Methods：Sixty patients with soft tissue and vascular defect were divided into four groups from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital,Were divided into observation group （anterolateral femoral flap） and control group （vascularized pedicle flap）,30 cases / group.The flap paranmeters and hand function recovery were compared between groups.Results：The survival rate,flap shape,flap color,skin sensation and recovery rate of the motor function of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The anterolateral femoral flap is an ideal method for repairing the soft tissue,blood vessel and tendon of finger fracture with soft tissue and vascular defect.
