摘要
通过对数控刀具相关信息的分析,明确了数控刀具典型的工艺特征、公共特征和固有特征,并依据数控刀具的相关特征构建了完善的数控刀具分类体系。同时,结合数控刀具管理的相关信息和实际需求,分析了数控刀具型号代码在实际刀具管理过程中的不适用性,并采用字母、数字以及数控刀具特征信息相结合的柔性编码方式,研究开发了一套包含数控刀具典型特征信息和管理信息的数控刀具选择与管理编码系统。该系统为在实际生产中实现数控刀具的合理选择和有效管理提供了参考和依据,也为企业开发自己的刀具管理系统提供了可行条件。
Based on analysis for the relevant information of NC tools,the typical process characteristics, common features and inherent features of NC tools were clarified, and a perfect NC tool classification system was constructed according to the relevant features of NC tools. At the same time, combining with the relevant information and actual requirements of NC tool management, the applicability of NC tool model encoding in the actual tool management process was analyzed, and a set of NC tool selection and management coding system that contains the typical feature information and management information of NC tools was researched and developed by using a flexible encoding method that combining alphabet, numbers with NC tool feature information. This system provides a reference and basis for the rational selection and effective management of NC tools in actual production, and also provides feasible conditions for enterprises to develop their own tool management system.
