风机盘管机组与地板辐射联合系统供冷能力影响因素分析 被引量:3

Influencing factors analysis on cooling capacity of fan coil unit and radiant floor combined system

摘要 针对风机盘管机组与地板辐射联合系统的供冷能力建立数学模型,通过模拟计算得到地板辐射盘管间距、地板材料及辐射盘管内供回水平均温度对地板温度的影响,进而得到风机盘管机组不同冷冻水供水温度、供回水温差条件下供冷量变化规律,为风机盘管机组与木地板辐射联合系统的设计应用提供依据。模拟结果显示,对于木地板表面,辐射盘管间距为200 mm时,风机盘管机组冷冻水供回水温差由5℃增大到10℃,其供冷量下降了32.29%;当风机盘管机组冷冻水供回水温差为7℃时,辐射盘管间距由100 mm增大到300 mm,导致供冷量下降了6.76%,而在150 mm的辐射盘管间距条件下,风机盘管机组冷冻水供水温度3℃时的供冷量相比供水温度8℃时的供冷量增大了约58.19%。 According to the cooling capacity of the fan coil unit and radiant floor combined system,the mathematical model is established.The influence of the radiant coil spacing,the floor material,and the average temperature of supply water and return water in the radiant coil on the floor surface temperature is obtained by simulation.Then,the changing relationship of cooling capacity under different supply water temperature and the temperature difference between supply water and return water of fan coil unit is calculated,which provides the basis for the design and application of the fan coil unit and wooden radiant floor combined system.The simulation results show that for the wooden floor surfaces,the cooling capacity decreases by 32.29% with the temperature difference between supply water and return water of fan coil unit increasing from5 ℃to 10 ℃ when the radiant coil spacing is 200 mm,the cooling capacity decreases by 6.76% with the radiant coil spacing increasing from100 mm to 300 mm when the temperature difference between supply water and return water of fan coil unit is 7 ℃,while the given radiant coil spacing is150 mm,the cooling capacity under the fan coil supply water temperature of 3℃increases by 58.19%,compared with that under the fan coil supply water temperature of 8 ℃.
