摘要
蛇形管高压加热器是一种新的结构形式的高压加热器,能更好地满足高参数、大容量机组的需求,但其结构与传统的高压加热器结构差异较大,因此在设备制造过程中存在着许多难点.介绍了蛇形管高压加热器在制造加工中主要难点的解决方法,以及确保其达到设计要求的手段,例如,集箱管加工、蛇形管弯制、蛇形管与集箱管障碍焊接、窄间隙内孔焊等新工艺技术和手段,并为结构形式相同的热交换器的制造提供参考.
It is a new type of high pressure heater with coil-tube header,which can meet the requirements of high parameter and large capacity unit.But there exist some differences from the structure of traditional high pressure heater.Therefore,there are a lot of difficulties to solve during the manufacturing.The solutions to the main manufacturing difficulties were introduced in this article using new fabrication technologies including numerical control machining,coil tube bending,tube barrier welding,internal bore welding for narrow gap and so on to make the product quality meet the design requirements.The results can provide a reference for the heat exchanger manufacturing with the same structure.
