摘要
目的探讨改良截石位在直肠癌手术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月在本院行手术治疗的45例直肠癌患者作为研究对象。依据患者术中的体位方式将其分成研究组与对照组;其中,研究组术中选用改良截石位(23例),对照组在术中选用常规体位(22例),观察分析组间的手术情况。结果患者均通过手术治疗后,研究组手术时间较对照组明显减短(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者的手术治疗中选取改良截石位,具有良好的临床效果。
Objective To probe into the clinical application effect of modified lithotomy site in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods 45 cases of patients with colorectal cancer and who underwent the laparoscopic surgery treatment in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected, and the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the position of the patients during the operation. The study group （23 cases） were selected modified lithotomy position treatment during the operation, while the control group （22 cases） were used conventional position during the operation. Then, the operation between two groups was observed and analyzed. Results The patients after surgical treatment, the operation time were analyzed, the study group were significantly shortened than in the control group （P〈0.05）. And the complications between the two groups were observed and compared, the study group was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified lithotomy site for laparoscopic surgery in colorectal cancer patients has good clinical effect.
