摘要
接头是车身结构的重要组成部分,起着过渡作用,接头结构的合理性是保障汽车安全性能的重要因素.通过对某车型的翻车模拟仿真,结果发现由于接头设计不当,刚度不足,使接头多处发生屈服,导致整车侧面翻车而变形严重,使司乘人员受伤严重.文章通过对接头结构进行改进,重新设计,建立仿真模型,经仿真分析、有限元计算,结果能满足现行法规的要求,由此证明合理的接头设计能够在整车侧翻时使司乘人员的安全性得到提高,减轻其受伤害程度,为今后的客车结构设计提供参考.
The joint is an important part of the body structure and plays the role of transition. So the rationality of joint structure design is an important factor to ensure the safety performance of the car. Through the simulation of a vehicle rollover, it was found that improper joint design and insufficient stiffness caused the yield of joints, rollover and deformation of vehicle, and the injury of the passengers. The paper improved and redesigned the structure of the joints by establishing simulation model. Through finite element simulation and calculation, it showed that the result could meet the requirements of current laws and regulations, thus proving that the reasonable design of joint can improve the safety in rollover and reduce the injury design of the vehicle in the future.
