炭/炭复合材料表面改性及其杂散光抑制性能

Surface modification and stray light suppression performance of C/C composites

摘要 采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备低密度炭/炭(C/C)复合材料,然后在其表面喷涂无光漆并对部分喷漆样件进行800℃炭化处理,制得表面改性C/C复合材料。对表面改性C/C复合材料的微观结构及杂散光抑制性能进行研究。结果表明:C/C复合材料经喷漆处理后,比表面积由0.324增大至0.554,部分喷漆样件经800℃炭化处理后,比表面积增大至1.114;在可见光波段内,C/C复合材料经喷漆及炭化处理后其光谱反射率显著降低,光谱反射率值小于2%,具有良好的杂散光抑制性能。 Low density carbon/carbon (C/C) composites were prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Then matte paint was sprayed on the surface and part of the paint samples were carbonized at 800℃ to prepare surface modified C/C composites. The microstructure and stray light suppression performance of the modified C/C composites were investigated. The results show that the specific surface area of C/C composites after spraying paint increases from 0.324 to 0.554, while that of some painted samples carbonized at 800℃ increases to 1.114. Within the visible spectrum, the spectral reflectance of C/C composites after spraying paint and carbonization processing decreases significantly. And the value of spectral reflectance for the modified C/C composites is less than 2%, which means the modified C/C composites have good stray light suppression performance.
