摘要
本文主要针对当前大部分高校在电子商务教学中存在的能力培养目标跟市场人才需求的偏差问题,以湖南应用技术学院为例,结合校企双边效应,基于"岗位引领+项目驱动"模式,分层次将课程知识目标按"工作岗位制"进行构建,突出岗位能力所需的专业理实一体化培养,推动高校与企业"教、学、用、研"的良性发展。
This article mainly aims at the deviation target with market demand to cultivate the ability of the most of the electronic commerce teaching in the Hunan Institute of applied technology as an example,combined with school bilateral effect,based on the "post lead + project driven" mode,hierarchical course knowledge will target according to the "jobs" building,outstanding post ability required professional training to promote the integration of theory and practice, universities and enterprises "healthy development of teaching and learning,and research.
