摘要
目的研究广州市某社区网络成瘾人群分布情况以及网络成瘾的影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样调查法对广州市某社区人群进行调查,随机抽取950例研究对象进行网络成瘾问卷调查。对研究对象一般资料进行收集,分析网络成瘾与无网络成瘾人群的差异性,采用Logistic回归方程进行计算,分析网络成瘾的影响因素。结果本次调查网络成瘾人数75例,网络成瘾率占7.89%。网络成瘾对象与无网络成瘾对象在年龄、文化程度、网龄、职业、人际关系以及主观幸福感等方面均有明显差异(P<0.05)。将上述有差异项目带入Logistic回归方程计算,发现年龄、文化程度、网龄、职业、人际关系以及主观幸福感均是网络成瘾的影响因素。结论广州市某社区网络成瘾人群主要为青少年群体,网络成瘾的影响因素较多,应加强对青少年网络使用频率、时间以及心理行为干预,减少网络成瘾现象。
Objective To study the influence factors of internet addiction disorder and the influencing factors of Internet addiction disorder in a community in Guangzhou. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate a community population in Guangzhou. 950 cases were randomly selected and carried on internet addiction questionnaire. The data were collected to analyze the difference between Internet addiction and internet addiction disorder. Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the influencing factors of internet addiction disorder. Results There were 75 cases of internet addiction,the internet addiction rate accounted for 7.89%. There were significant differences in the age, education level, age, occupation, interpersonal relationship and subjective well being among the subjects with internet addiction disorder and Internet addiction disorder, P 〈 0.05. The alaove items were included in the Logistic regression equation, and it was found that age, education level, age, occupation, interpersonal relationship and subjective well being were the influencing factors of Internet addiction. Conclusion In Guangzhou, a community of Internet addiction is mainly for the youth group. There are many influencing factors of Internet addiction, and the frequency, time and psychological behavior intervention should be strengthened to reduce the phenomenon of internet addiction.
