摘要
G1501公路大泖港桥主桥工程建设包括大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁旧桥的拆除和大跨度钢-混凝土混合梁新桥的重建,在整个建设过程中存在一些关键技术问题需要关注与解决。在工程实施前期对旧桥拆除方案进行了比选,并针对实施方案作了详细的施工风险分析,制定了可操作性强的旧桥拆除施工方案。在新桥建设施工中,重点关注了整个主桥的施工方法以及施工步骤的可行性,并对施工过程中的关键节点进行了详细的受力分析,以确保主桥施工过程的结构安全性。
The main bridge engineering construction of Damaogang Bridge in G1501 Highway includes the demolition of old long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge and the construction of new long-span steel-concrete combined girder bridge.Some key technical problems existing in the whole construction process are required to concern and solve.The demolition scheme of old bridge is compared in the early stage of engineering implementation.Aiming at the implementation scheme,the detailed construction risk is analyzed,and the strong operable demolition scheme of old bridge is formulated.In the construction of new bridge,the construction method of the whole main bridge and the feasibility of construction sequence are focused on attention,and the stresses of key nodes are analyzed in the construction process in order to ensure the structure safety of the main bridge in the construction process.
