摘要
目的探讨远程网络对肾病综合征患者延续护理效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年8月在我院接受治疗的肾病综合征患者62例,按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各31例,对照组行常规延续护理,观察组利用远程网络进行延续护理,观察比较两组患者自我护理能力、健康知识掌握程度、用药依从性、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量状况。结果两组患者经延续性护理之后自我护理能力皆有提高,但观察组患者提高显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实施护理后患者健康知识掌握程度(93.55%)和用药依从性明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实施护理后患者焦虑、抑郁评分)明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实施护理后患者生活质量状况评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程网络有利于肾病综合征患者的延续性护理,可有效促进患者身心健康。
Objective To explore the effect of remote network on the continuation nursing of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 62 patients with nephrotic syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 and they were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly according to the random number table, with 31 in each group. The control group was given routine continuing nursing while the observation group was given continuing nursing by remote network. Self-nursing ability, grasp degree for health knowledge, medication compliance, anxiety and depression scores and quality of life of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results Self-nursing abilities after continuous nursing of patients in two groups were all improved but the improvement of the observation group was more significant. There was difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, grasp degree for health knowledge（93.55%） and medication compliance of patients i.n the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. There was difference when two groups were compared （P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. There was difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. There was difference when two groups were compared（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Remote network is helpful to the continuation nursing of patients with nephrotie syndrome and it can effectively promote the physical and mental health of patients.
