摘要
教育公平理念不断推动我国高等教育和特殊教育的发展,对我国普通高校残疾学生群体体育教学现状进行研究,既可了解当今高等教育的公平性和关怀性,展示大学体育和适应体育的融合发展现状,又可以给予残疾学生更多科学合理的指导,达到体育教学的预期目标。文章运用文献资料和调查统计等方法,对天津市普通高校残疾学生体育教育现状进行调查。结果表明,虽然天津市普通高校都开设了针对残疾学生的"体育"课程,但实际教学情况并不乐观,主要体现在几个方面:有针对性的教学目标缺乏;教学内容较为传统,新兴的器械类项目太少;教学评价大多是总结性评价;在教学资源方面也相对缺乏,无论是器材设施还是师资力量和教学资料,并不能满足高校残疾学生的需要。
In the course of building the harmonious society, the concept of education equality has been promoting the development of higher education and special education in our country, on the basis of which, the research on Physical Education situations of the disabled students can not only make us understand the fairness and care of the China's new-era higher education, but also give the students more scientific and rational guidance with the purpose of integrating Physical Education and Adapted Physical Education in the universities, achieving the expected goal of Physical Education to meet the sports needs of the disabled students, and providing some relevant laws and regulations as well as some new ideas and theoretical basis for the relevant departments. By making use of literature, survey and other scientific methods, this paper systematically studied the Physical Education situations of the disabled students of the Colleges and the Universities in Tianjin. On the basis of this, some conclusions have been drawn, which are as follows: the Colleges and the Universities in Tianjin have set up the special Physical Education curriculum for the physically disabled students, but the actual teaching situations are not optimistic. The teaching goals, the courses and evaluation, the equipment and teachers need to be developed and enriched. At the same time, Adapted Physical Education should get strengthened and the number of professional teachers should be increased.
