摘要
外阴白色病变是妇科常见病之一,主要表现为外阴皮肤黏膜呈白色,瘙痒、外阴干涩等不适。刘春甫教授对于外阴白色病变的诊治,在继承前辈经验的基础上,发扬创新、总结出自己的一套诊治规律和验方,临证运用,多获良效。笔者在跟随刘春甫老师出诊期间,收集、整理了大量临床验案,通过认真研读、分析,总结了刘春甫老师的诊疗思路及用药经验,结合中医古籍,挖掘刘春甫治疗外阴白色病变经验方,以便传承。现将刘春甫治疗外阴白色病变的经验介绍如下。
White lesions of the vulva is one of common gynecological diseases, and the main performance for white vulvar skin and mucosa and itches, dryness etc discomfort. Liu Chunfu diagnosed and treated white lesions of the vulva, drawed lessons from ances-tral experience, promoted innovation, summed up its own set of rules of diagnosis and treatment and prescription, clinical application,repeated to build effective. The authors followed teacher Liu Chunfu clinic, collected a large amount of clinical cases, through careful study analysis, summarizing the diagnosis and treatment and medicine experience of Liu Chunfu, combined with TCM ancient books,mining treatment experience of Liu Chunfu in treating white lesions of the vulva for inheritance. Now the experience of the treatment is as follows.
