摘要
为研究距离、仓储成本、仓库建设成本、国家税收政策对海外仓选址的影响,建立实现总运营成本最小与客户满意度最大的双目标优化模型.该模型采用粒子群优化算法进行求解,运用MATLAB实现,构建有23个节点的物流运输网络验证模型与算法的可行性.结果表明:采用双目标优化模型能得到不同的选址方案,对海外仓选址问题的解决有一定的现实意义;各节点间的距离和海外仓的仓储成本对海外仓选址有显著影响.
In order to study the effect of distance,storage cost,warehouse construction cost and national tax policy on overseas warehouse location,the bi-objective optimization model is built to realize the minimum total operating cost and the maximum customer satisfaction. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the model,which is realized by MATLAB. The feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified through the construction of the logistics transportation network with 23 nodes. The results show that: the different location schemes can be obtained by the model,which has certain practical significance for overseas warehouse location; the distances between nodes and the storage costs of overseas warehouses have significant effects on overseas warehouse location.
