辽河三角洲地区环境地质问题探究

摘要 辽河三角洲处于陆地和海洋的结合部,蕴含丰富的资源,具有十分重要的战略地位。项目通过三年的时间,查明辽河三角洲地区主要的地质环境问题为:海水入侵、地下水超采、地面沉降、湿地退化及土壤盐渍化。针对海水入侵,提出建立、完善地下水动态监测网,实现地下水位和水质的实时监控的对策;针对地下水超采,注重水资源合理配置,适当减少新近系地下水资源的开采,充分利用地表水资源的对策。针对地面沉降问题,提出加强地面沉降监测工作,进行地面沉降机理研究的对策;针对湿地退化与土壤盐渍化问题,提出加强湿地环境监测,完善生态环境监测体系的对策。 The Liaohe River Delta is a combination of land and sea,which is rich in resources and has a very important strategic position. Through three years,the main geological and environmental problems in the Liaohe River Delta region were identified as seawater intrusion,overtaking of groundwater,land subsidence,wetland degradation and soil salinization. In view of the intrusion of seawater,it is proposed to establish a perfect groundwater monitoring network to realize the real-time monitoring of groundwater level and water quality. For the over-exploitation of groundwater,it is paid attention to the rational allocation of water resources,reduced the exploitation of Neogene resources,made full use of surface water resources Countermeasure. In order to solve the problem of land subsidence,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the ground subsidence monitoring and carry out the study of ground subsidence mechanism. The countermeasures of wetland degradation and soil salinization are put forward to improve wetland environmental monitoring and improve the ecological environment monitoring system.
