摘要
目的调查湘南地区某高校大学生高血压的分布情况,为制定心血管疾病一级防治策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法从湘南地区某高校在校大学生中随机抽取1 719人,进行血压检测,观察高血压检出率、正常血压高值、男女性别差异及脉压变化情况。结果接受调查的大学生1 719名,其中男996名,女723名。检出高血压182名(10.59%);检出正常血压高值120~139/80~89 mm Hg 700名(40.72%);收缩压≥140 mm Hg为112人,其中男生102人(91.07%),女生10人(8.92%),男生检出率高于女生(x2=327.424,P<0.001);舒张压≥90 mmHg检出112人,其中男生91人(81.25%),女生21人(18.75%),男生检出率高于女生(x2=60.060,P<0.001);大学生脉压差变化主要聚集在脉压差高值(41~59 mm Hg),其总检出大学生数为665名(38.69%)。结论大学生高血压高检出率主要分布在1级高血压和正常血压高值,脉压差与血压分布相同,提示加强大学生的健康教育是预防心脑血管疾病的重要举措。
Objective It investigates the distribution of the hypertension of college students of a university in Xiangnan area to provide basis for the suggestions of the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular dis- ease. Methods By use of multistage stratified random sampling, this paper selected 1,719 students from the 20,000 students in a university in Xiangnan area to have blood pressure detections for the detection rate of hypertension, high-normal blood pressure, gender differences and changes of pulse pressure. Results The students selected are 1,719 in total, including 996 male students and 723 female students. There are 182 students of hypertension（10.59% ） ,700 students of normal-high blood pressure with 120-139/80-89 mm- Hg（40.72% ）. There are 112 students with systolic pressure equal or greater than 140 mmHG,including 102 male（91.7%） and 10 female （8.92%}. The detection rate of male is higher than that of female （χ^2= 327. 424 ,P〈0.001 ） ;there are 112 students with diastolic equal or greater than 90 mmHg,including 91 male （ 81.25%） and 21 female （ 18.75% ）. The detection rate of male is higher than the female （ χ^2= 60.06,P〈 0. 001 ）. The variation of the pulse pressure difference of college students is mainly concentrated in the high value of pulse pressure difference,including 665 students （38.69% ）. Conclusion The high detection rate of hypertension mainly concentrated in the first grade hypertension and the normal high value of blood pressure, the distributions of pulse pressure difference and blood pressure are the same, which pointed out improving the health education of college students is the significant measure for preventin~ the cardiovascular disease.
