摘要
换热网络优化改造属于混合整数非线性规划问题,存在非凸、多极值和离散的特点。应用经典的数学优化方法很难获得全局最优值。本文采用混合遗传算法对换热网络优化改造目标函数进行优化求解,并基于换热网络热负荷平衡原则,在换热网络优化改造的基础上,提出了控制换热网络稳定运行方案,并确定了换热网络稳定运行可调范围。
The retrofit of heat exchanger networks (HENs) is a mixed integer nonlinear program problem with the non-convex, multimodal and discrete features. Using the traditional mathematical optimization methods, it is difficult to solve the global optimal value. In this paper, the hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve the objective function of HENs retrofit. Based on the retrofitted HENs, the steady running schemes of HENs and the adjustable range of the corresponding flow are presented on the principle of heat load balance.
