摘要 采用零价铁(Fe^0)活化过硫酸铵工艺降解酸性红R染料废水,研究了反应pH、初始酸性红R浓度、Fe^0投加量、过硫酸铵浓度、反应温度等操作条件对酸性红R降解效率的影响。结果表明,酸性红R降解的最佳条件:液相pH=3.0、Fe^0投加量0.05 g/L、过硫酸铵浓度0.4 g/L,初始浓度50 mg/L的酸性红R废水室温条件下反应60 min,废水酸性红R的降解效率可达98%;影响Fe^0活化过硫酸铵降解酸性红R的主要因素是pH、Fe^0添加量及过硫酸铵浓度。 In this paper, the experimental study on degradation of acid red R (ARR) dye by activated ammonium persulfate with zero valent iron is carried out. Factors affecting the acid red R removal efficiency are disscussed, such as pH value, initial acid red R concentration, addition content of zero - valent iron, concentration of ammonium persulfate as well as degradation temperature. The results show that the optimum conditions for the degradation of acid red R are the pH value 3.0, 0.05 g/L of zero - valent iron and 0.4 g/L of the concentration of ammonium persulfate. Under this operation condition, the acid red R with initial concentration of 50 mg/L will reach 98 %, the highest removal fficiency, with 60 mins reaction in ambient tem- perature. The main factors affecting the degradation of acid red R by the activation of peroxosulfur by zero - valent iron should be the aqueous pH, addition content of zero - valent iron and the concentration of ammonium persulfate.
