摘要
胃癌发病机制仍不明确,中医药对胃癌具有较好的防治作用。刺五加皂苷、南蛇藤提取物、左金丸醇提物,三物白散,菝葜、红藤、藤梨根三药联合可有效促进胃黏膜细胞凋亡减少、增殖增加;吴茱萸碱、蛇六谷提取物、通莲汤、人参皂苷、重楼总皂苷、蟾毒灵可有效调控信号传导通路;半夏泻心汤、消痰散结方有改善细胞微环境功能;君子扶正汤和环磷酰胺联合应用及灵芝合剂、健脾复方、紫草素具有调节免疫功能作用;粉防己碱、贝母素乙、柳茶水提物、温郁金正丁醇提取物等可以逆转胃癌多耐药。中医药治疗胃癌实验研究多为套用现代医学模式、低水平重复、多向性、分散研究,创新不足;中西医结合研究较少,中医药与现代研究关联性不足,相关因子及信号通路选择与中医证候缺乏关联性,未突出中医药理论指导与特色。中医药防治胃癌机制研究前景广阔。
The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is still not clear, Chinese medicine on gastric cancer has a better role in prevention and treatment.Acanthopanax saponins, cynanchum paniculata extract, Zuojin pills alcohol extract, Sanwubai powder, chinaroot Greenbier rhizome, sargentgloryvine stem, rattan root three drugs can effectively promote the reduction of gastric mucosal cell apoptosis, proliferation increased; Fructus evodiae, Sheliugu extract, Tonglian decoction, ginsenoside, zhonglou saponins, Bufalin can effectively regulate the signal transduction pathway; Banxia Xiexin decoction, Xiaotan Sanjie decoction to improve cell microenvironment function; Junzi Fuzheng decoction and cyclophosphamide combined with ganoderma mixture, Jianpi compound, shikonin has the role of regulating immune function;Fenfangjijian,peiminine,Liu cha extracts, tadix curcumae Zhengdingchun extract can reverse the multi-drug resistance of gastric cancer. Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer experimental research mostly apply modern medical model, low level of repetition, multi-directional, decentralized research, lack of innovation;Integrative Chinese and Western medicine research less, lack of relevance of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research, related factors and signal pathway selection and lack of relevance of TCM syndrome, Chinese medicine is not prominent theoretical guidance and characteristics.The mechanism of TCM prevention and treatment of gastric cancer research broad prospects.
