摘要
为模拟沥青混合料AC-25在不同工况条件下的压实特性,试验采用工程常用的矿料级配,评价了不同成型方式、击实温度及击实次数下沥青混合料AC-25的体积参数,结果表明:(1)相对于马歇尔击实法,旋转压实法更有利于沥青混合料AC-25的压实,其毛体积相对密度增加2.2%;(2)马歇尔击实法下,沥青混合料AC-25的毛体积相对密度随着击实温度的增加先增大后又稍微减小,在150℃左右时达到最大;(3)马歇尔击实法下,随着击实次数的增加毛体积相对密度逐渐增大,超过75次之后密度增大的幅度较小,继续增加压实功对沥青混合料的压实度贡献不大。
In order to simulate the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture AC-25 under different working conditions, through the experiments by adopting the commonly used mineral grade, it evalua- ted the volume parameters of asphalt mixture AC-25 under different molding methods, compaction temperature and compaction times, and the results showed that: (1)Compared to Marshall Compaction Method,the rotary compaction method is more favorable for the compaction of asphalt mixture AC-25, and its relative density of gross volume is increased by 2. 2% ; (2) Under Marshall Compaction Method, the relative density of gross volume of asphalt mixture AC-25 increases first and then decreases slightly with the increase of compaction temperature, reaching the maximum at about 150℃; (3)Under Marshall Compaction Method,the relative density of gross volume increases gradually with the increase of compaction times, the density increase extent becomes smaller when over 75 times,thus the continual increase of compaction work contributes little to the compaction degree of asphalt mixture.
