摘要
目的了解某医学高职院校在校大学生吸烟情况及认知影响因素。方法采用问卷的形式调查该校大学生吸烟行为及认知情况,采用多因素Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果该校大学生吸烟率为21.38%,不同特征的学生吸烟率比较,除年级外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);吸烟者的烟草知识知晓率、吸烟及控烟正向观点赞同率与不吸烟者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性、外省户籍、农村户籍、月均生活费>500元、父母及朋友吸烟、不知晓烟草相关知识、消极认知控烟态度等是该校大学生吸烟的危险因素。结论该校大学生的吸烟率较高,不同特征的大学生吸烟率存在差异性,应针对医学生吸烟的危险因素采取相应的干预措施,广泛开展控烟活动。
Objective To investigate the smoking status and cognitive influencing factors of college students in medical vocational college. Methods The smoking behavior and cognition were investigated by questionnaires between college students, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The smoking rate of the students was 21.38%, different characteristics of the smoking rate of students were compared, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ;The knowledge rate, smoking and tobacco control approval rate and positive view were compared between tobacco smokers and non-smokers, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The male ,the provincial residence, rural household registration, the average monthly living expenses of more than 500 yuan, parents and friends smoking,doing not know tobacco related knowledge, negative cognitive attitude of smoking control were risk factors of students. Conclusion Higher medical vocational college students smoking rate is high, different characteristics of medical students smoking rates show differences, it is necessary to take appropriate intervention measures to carry out tobacco control activities according to the risk factors of smoking.
