摘要
IL-19是一种新近发现的IL-10家族新成员,在生物学活性上与IL-10有很多不同之处。目前关于IL-19的生物学作用尚未阐明,不同性质的疾病,IL-19表现出不同的免疫调节作用。本文主要基于国内外的研究进展,进一步对IL-19相关的生物学特性进行综述。IL-19强大的免疫调节活性在临床治疗上具有潜在的价值。
IL-19 is a newly discovered member of the IL-10 family and has many differences with IL-10 inbiological activity. At present, the biological role of IL-19 has not been elucidated. IL-19 exhibits differentimmunomodulatory effects in different diseases. In this paper, based on the research progress at home and abroad,the biological properties of IL-19 are reviewed. The potent immunomodulatory activity of IL-19 has potential valuein clinical treatment.
