摘要
以粉煤灰和粘土作为原料制备可用于水处理填料的超轻粉煤灰陶粒。首先对原料组分进行化学组分分析(XRF)和热分析(DSC/TGA);其次对原料进行配比烧制试验、单因素实验,确定了原料配比和工艺流程;再次,由L_9(3~4)正交试验,得到应用于水处理填料的超轻粉煤灰陶粒的最佳工艺流程;最后对烧制的粉煤灰陶粒进行矿物组成分析(XRD)和微观结构分析(SEM),观察陶粒的微观结构。结果表明,以30%粉煤灰∶60%粘土∶2%发泡剂∶5%秸秆粉为原料配比比例,在600℃下预热20 min,1240℃下烧结30 min的烧结工艺下所制备的粉煤灰陶粒具有密度接近于水(1.10 g/m L),表面有显著气孔,内部孔隙发达,适宜微生物的附着和生长的特性。
The purpose of this study was using fly ash and clay to prepare lightweight ceramics for fillers. The chemical components and mineral phases of FA and clay was characterized by XRF and XRD, respectively, and the thermal properties of FA were studied by DSC/TGA. the material proportion ratio and technological process were determined by sintering test and single factor experiment. Then the optimum conditions(sintering temperature and time, foaming agent dosage and pore forming agent dosage) used for fillers were selected by orthogonal experiment L9(34). Finally mineral composition analysis (XRD) and microstructure analysis (SEM) were performed to the fired fly-ash ceramic. The experimental results show that using 30% fly-ash, 60% clay, 21% foaming agent and 5% straw powder as raw material proportion ratio, after preheating at 600 ℃ for 20 minutes and sintering at 1240℃ for 30 minutes, ultry- ligheweight fly-ash ceramsite could be prepared which has a density close to water (1.10 g/mL), and the surface of sample has significant pores. The internal pores were developed and it was suitable for characteristics of microbial attachment and growth.
