氨氯地平联合二甲双胍对肥胖型高血压患者临床有效性观察被引量：5

摘要目的观察氨氯地平与二甲双胍联合治疗肥胖型高血压患者的临床有效性。方法采用数字随机选择的方法,从辽宁省北票市中心医院2015年3月~2016年3月接收并采用氨氯地平单独治疗的40例肥胖型高血压患者作为对照组,选取同期接收并采用氨氯地平与二甲双胍联合治疗的40例同疾病患者作为试验组,观察两组高血压患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组降压、降脂、胰岛素改善效果等均优于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肥胖型高血压患者采取氨氯地平与二甲双胍联合治疗,治疗效果显著,能够达到降压、降脂、改善胰岛素抵抗等效果,运用价值较高。
