复杂系统事故树“与或门”简易展开模型及应用 被引量:2

摘要 为探明编制复杂系统事故树时中间事件的展开路径,采用理论分析的方法,剖析事故树基本构成特征,发现其实质上均是"或门树"和"与门树"的组合.根据系统切割准则和轨迹交叉理论,研究两种事故树基本展开型式,提出事故树编制时的"或门优先"原则,建立通用的事故树简易展开模型.利用该方法模型将事故树的"与或"因素分析方法应用于尾矿库溃坝这一复杂事件的事故分析中,确定了尾矿库溃坝的主要影响因素和溃坝路径,编制出包含36个中间事件和70个基本事件的尾矿库溃坝事故树.研究结果表明:该方法模型可有效实现复杂系统事故事故树的编制及影响因素分析,研究结论将传统的"因素分析"从定性向半定量方向推进了一步. To find out the unfolding pathway of intermediate events when preparing a fault tree, by theoretical analysis, this paper analyzed the basic constituent features of fault tree, and found it is essentially a combination of "or gate tree" and "and gate tree". Based on this, according to "cutting system" and "track crossing" theory, this paper studied two basic types of fault tree expansion, and proposed "or gate first" principle when preparing fault tree, finally a universal expansion model was established. By using this method, the "and / or" factor analysis method was applied to the accident analysis of tailings dam break, and then determined the main influencing factors and path. At last, the dam break accident tree was prepared, which contains 36 intermediate events and 70 basic events. The results show that this method can effectively implement the preparation of fault tree and its influencing factors in complex system. The research will advance the traditional "factor analysis" from qualitative to semi quantitative direction.
