摘要
设立河北雄安新区,是深入推进京津冀协同发展的一项重大决策部署,是重大的历史性战略选择。为实现铁路物流与雄安新区的融合发展,在分析雄安新区物流发展现状的基础上,针对铁路物流融入雄安新区建设发展存在的货运基础设施功能薄弱、短途配送能力不足、信息化程度较低、内部生产组织方式落后等问题,提出建设现代化综合物流中心、改善短途配送能力、搭建"O2O"模式商品集散平台、优化内部运输生产流程及完善铁路冷链物流服务的建议,为雄安新区构建快捷高效交通网、打造绿色交通体系提供有力支撑。
Setting a new district in Xiong＇an, Hebei Province, is an important decision and disposition for deeply promoting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, and it is also a significant and historic strategy selection. In order to realize integral development between railway logistics and Xiong＇an new district, on the basis of analyzing the status of logistics market in the district, targeting existing problems in integrating railway logistics into Xiong＇an new district construction, including weak freight infrastructure functions, deficient short-distance delivery capacity, low informationization level and lagging internal production organization mode, this paper puts forward suggestions, such as constructing modern comprehensive logistics center, improving short-distance delivery capacity, building the commodity distribution platform in ＂O20＂ mode, optimizing internal transport production process and improving railway cold-chain logistics service, so as to provide powerful support for constructing convenient and high-efficiency traffic network, and creating a green traffic system in Xiong＇an new district.
