摘要
目的:探讨青少年在社交网站中上行社会比较行为、社交焦虑与抑郁之间的关系及内在作用机制。方法:使用社交网站上行社会比较问卷、社交焦虑问卷和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对836名高中学生进行施测。结果:(1)社交网站上行社会比较、社交焦虑与抑郁两两之间均存在显著正相关;(2)社交网站上行社会比较既可以直接影响青少年的抑郁,也可以通过社交焦虑的中介作用对抑郁产生影响。结论:社交焦虑在青少年的社交网站上行社会比较行为对抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用。
Objective： To explore the relationship among upward social comparison in social network site, social anxiety and depression in adolescents. Methods： A sample of 836 adolescents was recruited in the study to complete the questionnaires about SNS upward social comparison, social anxiety and depression. Results： （1）SNS upward social comparison, social anxiety and depression were significantly and positively correlated with each other. （2）SNS upward social comparison affected depression through the mediating role of social anxiety. Conclusion： Social anxiety partially mediates the relationship between SNS upward social comparison and depression.
