摘要
采用国产的掺 Yb3+ 双包层光纤和包层泵浦技术 ,分别对 1 0 m和 2 0 m光纤的输出特性进行了研究。 1 0 m光纤在 1 0 64nm获得 5 8m W的激光输出 ,阈值为 1 38.8m W,斜效率为1 0 % ;2 0 m光纤在 1 0 67nm获得 1 0 4 .8m W的激光输出 ,阈值为 1 0 9m
Using Yb 3+ doped double clad silica fiber and clad pumped technology , the output of double clad fiber in 10 m and 20 m have been studied. For the 10 m fiber , the laser output of 58mw at 1064nm was obtained with a pump threshold of 138.8mw and slope efficiency of 10% .For 20m the laser output of 104.8 mW at 1 067 nm was obtained with a pump threshold of 109 mW .
