摘要
熊果酸和齐墩果酸在植物中分布广泛,是许多中药材的活性成分。药材中两种物质的提取方法主要有传统的浸渍提取、索氏提取和回流提取以及新型的超声波提取、微波提取、超临界流体萃取和生物酶解提取等。制剂则多采用超声和萃取法提取,常用的提取溶剂为乙醇或甲醇。熊果酸和齐墩果酸的检测方法有高效液相色谱法、液-质联用法、薄层色谱法等。本文对其近年来的研究进展做一综述,供研究者参考。
Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid are widely distributed and identified as active ingredients in many medicinal herbs. The extraction methods of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in crude drugs including traditional methods such as soaking extraction. soxhlet extraction, reflux extraction and new methods including ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluide xtraction and biological enzymes decomposition extraction, ultrasonic extraction and organic solvent extraction were often used in pretreatment of preparations with high concentrations of ethanol or methanol as the commonest solvent. The detection methods consist of HPLC, HPLC/MS and TLC analysis. The recent research progress was summarized in this overview so as to offer reference for researchers.
