摘要
目前经桡动脉途径成为冠心病介入诊疗首选途径,穿刺部位的止血方法及护理方式直接关系到患者术后的康复.本文主要对经桡动脉穿刺处伤口止血方法及护理策略进行综述,以期对术后患者穿刺处伤口护理工作提供一定的参考.
The radial artery access has now become the preferred approach for transradial coronary intervention（TRI）,the methods of hemostatic compression on puncture site was directly related to the care strategies and rehabilitation of patients.This paper focused on the andvances in methods of hemostatic compression on puncture site and nursing strategies after percutaneous transradial coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, in order to provide a reference on care stategies for puncture wound.
