摘要
采用响应面法(RSM)和注塑成型有限元模拟分析技术相结合的方法,解决鼠标面盖翘曲变形控制注塑成型工艺优化问题。以熔体温度、模具温度、注塑时间、保压压力为注塑工艺参数试验变量,翘曲变形值为响应优化目标,完成了基于中心复合设计(CCD)的试验规划,构建了工艺参数试验变量与响应优化目标之间的响应面模型,完成了响应面模型的分析与评价,运用Design-Expert软件优化求解得到了翘曲控制注塑成型工艺优化方案,并通过模拟试验和试模注塑验证了模型的准确性,优化后的工艺方案有效的降低了产品翘曲变形值,提高了产品质量,表明了响应面法在鼠标面盖成型工艺优化应用中的可行性和有效性。
Using response surface methodology (RSM) and finite element simulation of injection molding, the optimization of injection molding process of the warpage of the mouse cover was solved. Based on the test factors of the injection molding process including the melt temperature, mold temperature,injection time,holding pressure,and the warpage value was the response optimization target, the test planning of injection molding of mouse cover was designed based on central composite design (CCD) ,the response surface model of mouse cover was established between the test factors of injection molding process parameters and response optimization target, the response surface model was also analyzed and evaluated, the optimization ot warpage control process was obtained by Design-Expert, and the accuracy of RSM mold was verified by the simulation test and injection molding,the optimized scheme effectively reduced the warpage of the product, and the product quality was improved. It was indicated that the application of RSM was an effective way to optimize the injection molding process of mouse cover.
