摘要
研究了不同增韧剂及低黏度尼龙66对尼龙66材料韧性和流动性的影响。结果表明,添加适量的低黏度尼龙66以及以进口乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)接枝马来酸酐作为增韧剂,改性的增韧尼龙66材料的机械性能接近或达到了美国杜邦公司ST801材料的水平,且在流动性方面更优异,可用于电焊面罩外框产品的注塑,并达到高光免喷涂的效果。
The effects of different toughening agents and the content of nylon 66 with low viscosity on the toughness and flowability of nylon 66 material were discussed. The results show that the mechanical properties of toughened nylon 66 material by imported ethylene-oetene copolymer grafted maleic anhydride (POE-g- AMH) and appropriate nylon 66 with low viscosity approach or reach the level of similar product STS01 made by Dupont company in America, and the former has greater flowability. The material can be applied to welding mask frame by injection molding with the high-gloss and free-spraying effect.
