摘要
为解决YB418型双铝包异型包装机因包装工艺变化而导致内衬纸切割装置不匹配等问题,在YB48型超高速硬盒包装机的基础上,重新布局切割输送工艺流程,通过计算重新确定内衬纸切割箱体上相关轴孔的位置和尺寸,利用齿轮变位技术对内衬纸切割箱体、切割传动系统、切割执行系统等进行了设计。测试数据表明,新设计并经过调整的内衬纸切割装置运转正常,润滑良好,轴承温升<40℃,噪声<69 dB,故障停机次数和内衬纸外观质量缺陷数量均为0。该装置的设计为YB418双铝包异型包装机的研制提供了技术支持,有效满足了卷烟市场多样化、个性化的生产需求。
In order to produce a cigarette packet comprising two aluminum foil packs, YB418 cigarette packer was developed on the basis of YB48 hard packer. The flow of inner liner cutting and conveying was redesigned, the positions and diameters of relative shaft holes in gear box were determined, and the gear box, transmission system and execution system for inner liner cutting were designed by means of gear profile shift technology. Test results indicated that the newly designed inner liner cutting device was running smoothly and well lubricated, the temperature rise of bearing was less than 40 ℃, the noise level was lower than 69 dB. No machine failure shutdown and no cigarette packet related to defective inner liner were recorded. The design of the cutting device provides technical support for the development of YB418 double aluminum foil cigarette packer to meet the diversified market needs.
