摘要
类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性的自身免疫性疾病,属于中医"痹症"范畴,而民族医学对RA有着独特的认识,民族药在RA的治疗方面,有着长期临床实践积累以及显著的疗效,目前已经成为治疗RA重要的手段之一。该文在文献调研的基础上,对回药、蒙药、藏药等民族药对类风湿性关节炎的认识及其在RA治疗中的常用药材和方剂进行综述,以期为临床RA的治疗及创新药物的研发提供参考。
Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is a chronic autoimmune disease, belonging to the ＂Arthromyodynia （ Bi Zheng） ＂ category in traditional Chinese medicine. However, the ethnomedicine has a unique understanding of RA, with a long-term clinical experience ac- cumulation and significant efficacy in the treatment of RA, and it has now become one of the important means in treatment of RA. On the basis of literature research, the understanding of RA and commonly used Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Hui medicine and other herbs and preparations were reviewed in this paper, with the aim of providing a reference for its clinical treatment of RA and re- search and development of innovative drugs.
