摘要
结合多年在基层农技推广一线对杂交稻种子产业的所为、所见、所闻与所思,分析黄坊乡40年种子生产发展概况,提出新形势下稳定种子基地、促进种业转型升级的发展对策。
Combining with the views, experiences and considerations of hybrid rice seed industry in the primary line of agricultural technique popularization for many years, the general situation of seed production in the last 40 years of Huangfang Township was analyzed,the development countermeasures of steadying seed base under the new situation and promote the transformation and upgrading of seed industry were put forward.
