摘要
目的观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗的AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理效果。方法选择收治的60例AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者为观察对象(2013年8月至2015年6月),随机分成两组,分别采用一般护理及无缝隙护理,观察护理效果。结果两组的住院时间、满意度评分及血气分析存在差异(P<0.05)。结论针对采用呼吸机治疗的AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施无缝隙护理的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective Nursing effect of AECOPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated with BiPAP ventilator. Methods Choose 60 cases of AECOPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients as the observation object （August 2013 to June 2015）, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, using general nursing and seamless care, observation of nursing effect. Results There were differences in the length of stay, nursing satisfaction and blood gas analysis between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In view of the use of breathing machine treatment of AECOPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in the implementation of seamless care effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
