摘要
抗生素的不合理使用导致畜禽产品抗生素残留,严重危害人类的健康。竹醋液是竹材在热解或干馏过程中产生的烟气经过冷凝产生的棕褐色液体,其含有多种化学成分,如有机酸、酚类、酮类、醇类等物质。竹醋液具有抗氧化、抗病原微生物等作用,饲粮中添加适量的竹醋液能够促进猪的生长,提高机体免疫力,改善肉品质。因此,竹醋液有替代抗生素的潜力。
Due to the unreasonable use of antibiotics, human health could be harmed severely by antibiotics residue in products of livestock and poultry. The process of bamboo pyrolysis or destructive distillation could generate the smoke. The smoke congeal subsequently to generate the sepia liquid. The liquid is bamboo vinegar. Bamboo vinegar contains various chemical components, such as organic acid, phenols, ketons, alcohols, and so on. It has the effect of antioxidant, inhibiting pathogenic bacteria, etc. Diet supplemented moderate bamboo vinegar could promote growth of pig, enhance immune performance and improve meat quality. Therefore, bamboo vinegar has a potential of antibiotics alternatives.
