食管癌放化疗中监测循环肿瘤细胞的临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨循环肿瘤细胞(CTC,Circulating Tumor Cell)与食管癌临床特征和疗效的相关性。方法选取近3年来九江市第一人民医院局部晚期食管癌患者52例,采用流式细胞术测量其外周血中CTC水平,比较分析放化疗前后的变化,并分析CTC水平与临床疗效的关系。结果 CTC水平与肿瘤侵犯食管的深浅、淋巴结转移区域的数量及临床分期均有显著相关性(P<0.05),并随着放化疗周期的进行显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗前后CTC水平越低,治疗过程中下降越明显,患者治疗效果越好(P<0.05)。结论 CTC水平与食管癌恶性进展程度密切相关,并随着放化疗周期进行而下降,且下降越明显、CTC水平越低的患者治疗效果更好。
