摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)作为建筑业信息化发展的核心技术,在我国已开始应用于各相关领域。工程管理专业与时俱进地引入"虚实结合"的BIM教学,可在知识碎片化、实践不充分两方面为实践教学带来正面影响,为人才培养、快速推广打下基础。针对实践教学环节重新设计"虚实结合"的教学内容体系和教学方式:真实工程环境与虚拟化软件并行的课程设置,实践环节中引入信息化技术的教学手段。在对原有课程设置不做大幅度调整的情况下增强实践教学,同时解决师资力量不足的问题。
BIM is still at the preliminary stage, as a core technology for informationization of construction. We need to introduce BIM in construction management discipline to affect positively on the practical education from the perspective that fragmented knowledge and incomplete practice can be used to cultivate students. We presented a ＂ virtual-real＂ teaching system and teaching approach which focuses on true cases combined with virtualization software, practice training introducing information technology. So we reset the original courses in a smooth way for practical practice training and solve the problem of the lack of teachers.
