摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液联合前列地尔注射液在慢性肾脏病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法取2015年1月~2016年10月医院收治的慢性肾脏病患者50例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组联合丹红注射液、前列地尔注射液治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组治疗前、后肾功能及尿蛋白水平,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后2周的临床疗效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后2周的BUN、SCr水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后2周的安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性肾脏病患者在常规方法基础上联合丹红注射液、前列地尔注射液治疗效果理想,能改善患者肾脏水平,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic kidney disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the control group （n=25） and the obser- vation group （n=25） by random number method. The control group was given routine method, and the observation group was given Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection. The levels of renal function and urinary protein were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） before and after the treatment in both groups. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The differences of the clinical efficacy between the two groups were statistically significant at 2 weeks after treatment（P〈0.05）; the levels of BUN and SCr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）; the level of hemoglobin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after the treatment（P〈0.05）; there was no statistically significant difference in the safety between the two groups at 2 weeks after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil injection in the patients with chronic kidney disease on the basis of conventional methods is ideal, which can improve kidney level of the patients, with a high safety, and is worthy of popularization and application.
