摘要
目的:探讨CBL、PBL联合MDT的教学模式在肿瘤放疗科临床规培医师教学中的应用效果。方法:以20名在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤放疗科进行临床规培的医师为研究对象,随机分为试验组(CBL、PBL联合MDT教学模式)10名和对照组(传统LBL教学模式)10名,对比2组规培学员出科时的理论和操作考试成绩,以及学员的教学满意度。结果:试验组的理论及操作考试成绩分别为(86.90±3.573)分和(89.40±3.134)分,显著高于对照组的(72.60±6.835)分和(76.30±6.183)分(P<0.05)。试验组对教学效果的满意度也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL、PBL联合MDT教学模式应用于肿瘤放疗科的教学中,可以显著提升临床规培医师的理论成绩及临床素养,值得在肿瘤放疗科进行推广应用,以便更好地培养优秀的临床医师。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of the teaching models of CBL, PBL combined with MDT in the standardized clinical resident training in the department of oncologic radiotherapy. Methods: A total of 20 clinical residents carrying out standardized training in the radiotherapy department of our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (CBL+PBL+ MDT group) and control group (the traditional teaching group, LBL) , 10 residents in each group. Theoretical examination results, operational test scores and students' satisfaction with teaching of the 2 groups were compared. Results: The theoretical and operational test scores of the experimental group were (86.90±3.573) and (89.40±3.134) respectively, which were higher than those of the control group [ (72.60±6.835), (76.30±6.183) ] (P〈0.05) . The questionnaire results showed that the students in the experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction than those in the control group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion: Application of the teaching models of CBL, PBL combined with MDT in the standardized clinical resident training can significantly improve students' academic performance and clinical literacy, which is worthy to be popularized and applied in the department of oncologic radiotherapy, so as to cultivate excellent clinicians.
