摘要
流行音乐学学科提出的背景与缘由:艺术学升为门类,为流行音乐学的设立提供了空间;流行音乐自身的迅猛发展,学界从历史的流变与音乐形态等来审视流行音乐,流行音乐在社会文化生活中占据着重要的位置,流行音乐相关方向(学科)在高校的开展,流行音乐的相关研究出现井喷,建立起了流行音乐学会;国家政策与导向对流行音乐学的设立提供有力的支持。流行音乐学设置的制度依据:教育部与国务院学位办等出台的相关制度依据;音乐与舞蹈学下属二级学科设置上的依据;其他二级学科设置上的依据。流行音乐学设置的学理论证:流行音乐学的学科内涵;流行音乐学下属相关学科的设置与理论基础;流行音乐学的学历学位设置;流行音乐学下属各学科教学体系的建立、完善与规范;流行音乐学的科研建设。流行音乐学的设立是其内在的诉求,符合其自身的发展规律。流行音乐学的设置,对于流行音乐的规范化、科学化、系统化发展有着重要的作用,促进了流行音乐的良性发展,流行音乐学的设立是其内在自身发展与外在社会文化进步共同作用的结果。
First,the background and reason of Popular Musicology are presented.Art is promoted as category;pop music schools set up to enhance the space;pop music itself develops rapidly;pop music is studied and examined from the flow of history and form of music;pop music in the social and cultural life occupies an important position;pop music(discipline)in the relevant direction colleges and universities carries out related research;pop music blows out;a society is established;the national policy and guidance support the establishment of popular music studies.Second,the bases of the system of popular music are completed.The related systems have been issued by the Ministry of Education and the Degree Office of the State Council;the bases of the second subordinate disciplines of the music and dance as well as other second subordinate disciplines are also completed.Third,the academic argumentation is presented.Popular Music discipline connotation and theoretical basis of setting are illustrated;pop music school affiliated related disciplines are established;the degree of popular music is set up;the teaching systems of the subordinate subjects of popular music school have been established,improved and standardized.It is very necessary and significant to put forward and set up the subject of pop music.First,the establishment of popular music is its inherent demands,in line with its own laws of development.Second,after the upgrade of art as a category,music and dance has become one of the first level disciplines,which promotes the establishment of popular music.Third,the setting of pop music has an important role in thestandardization,scientific and systematic development of popular music.Fourth,the establishment of popular music promotes the healthy development of popular music and prosperity.Generally speaking,the establishment of popular music is the result of its internal development and external social and cultural progress.
