摘要
为了解金银花新品种华金2号的光合特性,以传统农家品种鸡爪花为对照,采用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪,测定二者的光合参数。结果表明:华金2号金银花净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,经相关性分析,净光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Cond)和光合有效辐射(PAR)极显著正相关,与空气温度(Ta)和蒸腾速率(Tr)显著正相关,与胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)显著负相关,和相对湿度(RH)相关性不显著。华金2号最大净光合速率(A_(max))和光饱和点(LSP)均值分别为13.91μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和1 426.67μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),高于鸡爪花(13.06μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),1 065.33μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)),而光补偿点(LCP)均值为40μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),低于鸡爪花(56μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))。华金2号较传统农家品种鸡爪花的光适应范围更广,耐阴性更强,光合速率更高,而较高的光合速率又是植株高产的前提,本试验初步的光合特性研究,可为华金2号新品种的推广和栽培提供参考。
In order to study on the photosynthesis characteristics of new variety of Lonicerae japonicae Flos. Huajin 2, using the traditional variety as a reference, their photosynthetic parameters were dertermined by LI - 6400XI portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that Huajin 2 had double peaks. The Pn of the Huajin 2 were very significantly positively correlated with Cond and PAR, significantly positively correlated with Ta and Tr, significantly negatively corrected with Ci, and not significantly correlated with RH. The maximum net photosynthetic rate and the light saturation point (LSP) of Huajin 2 were 13.91,1 426.67μmol·m^2·s^-1 respectively, which were higher than those of traditional variety ( 13.06,1 065.33 μmol·m^2·s^-1). While the light compensation (LCP) of Huajin 2 (40 μmol·m^2·s^-1) was significantly lower than that of traditonal variety (56 μmol·m^2·s^-1). In conclusion, Huajin 2 had wider range of photosynthetic adaptation, stron- ger shade tolerance and higher photosynthetic rate, which was the premise of high yield of plants. In this paper, the preliminary study on photosynthetic characteristics provided a basis for the promotion and cultivation of new variety of Lonicerae japonicae Flos. Huajin 2.
