摘要
装配整体式建筑的关键技术在于如何将各个预制构配件稳固连接,以及在接缝处如何进行有效的防渗漏处理等。结合工程实例,详细论述了一种具有外墙模板功能的PCF板工作机理,其间,通过高强树脂连接件增强了连接段的抗震稳定性,同时在水平板缝处通过企口连接及设置3道防水措施,从而有效解决了构配件接缝处渗漏水的问题。该PCF预制板工序简洁、质量可靠,实现了绿色施工。
The key technology of prefabricated monolithic building is how to steadily connect each prefabricated components and how to effectively prevent seepage between component joints. Taking a real project as an example, this paper discusses in detail the working mechanism of a PCF panel which has the formwork function of exterior wall. The high-strength resin fastenings have been used to increase seismic stability of connecting section. And at the same time, three waterproof measures have been set at panel level joints with tongue and groove joints, so as to effectively solve the problem in precast component joints prone to leakage. Such PCF prefabricated panel has simple construction process and reliable quality, which makes a realization of green construction.
