摘要
以米糠油谷维素为分析对象,对氢氧化钾乙醇比色法的测定条件进行了研究,并通过测定精密度、回收率、稳定性等指标对该法进行评价。结果表明:氢氧化钾乙醇比色法测定米糠油中谷维素含量,三氯甲烷或石油醚作为溶剂较好;在谷维素质量浓度为4~20μg/mL时,质量浓度和吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.999 4;谷维素在大豆油和米糠油中的加标回收率均在99%以上,相对标准偏差(RSD)均低于0.5%,其精密度和重复性也较好。
The determination conditions of colorimetric method of potassium hydroxide in ethanol were studied with oryzanol in rice bran oil as subject.The precision,recovery and stability were measured to evaluate the method.The results showed that using colorimetric method of potassium hydroxide in ethanol for determining oryzanol in rice bran oil,the best solvent was chloroform or petroleum ether.When the mass concentration of oryzanol was in the range of 4-20 μg/mL,the linear correlation between mass concentration and absorbance was good,and the correlation coefficient(R) was 0.999 4.The recoveries of standard addition of oryzanol in soybean oil and rice bran oil and relative standard deviation (RSD)were above 99% and below 0.5%,respectively.The method also had high precision and good repeatability.
