摘要
[目的/意义]通过对美国伍德罗·威尔逊国际学者中心(简称:威尔逊中心)的发展理念、运行机制、影响网络进行深入研究和分析,为我国建设和发展中国特色新型智库提供借鉴与参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调研和从威尔逊中心网站收集的资料和数据,同时援引国际权威的智库排名报告,对威尔逊中心的发展历史、现状和未来发展趋势进行考察。[结果/结论]与美国其他顶级智库相比,威尔逊中心并不是美国历史最悠久的智库,但却能一直位于世界顶级智库排名的前列,这与它在建立之初的发展理念、独特的运行机制和多样化的影响网络有关。
[Purpose/significance] This paper deeply studies and analyzes the development concept, operational mechanism and impact network of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, in order to provide references for the construction and development of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. [Method/process] The history, current status and future trends of the Wilson Center were reviewed through the literature and data collected by the Wilson Center website, and by the international authoritative think tank ranking report. [Result/conclusion] The Wilson Center is not one of the oldest think tanks in America, but it is always at the forefront of the world＇s top think tanks, due to its development philosophy, operational mechanism and diversification of the influence network.
