摘要
探讨电子鼻识别判定各种常见碳酸饮料的可行性,研究建立新的鉴伪和品控技术。以碳酸饮料为研究对象,利用电子鼻进行分析检测,结合WinMuster软件对数据进行分析。结果显示:电子鼻传感器有较好响应信号,PCA和LDA分析均能够较好区分10种碳酸饮料。说明电子鼻可作为碳酸饮料识别判定手段用于政府监管和企业内部品控。
Investigate the feasibility of utilizing an electronic nose to distinguish common carbonated beverages, and establish a new technology for discriminating and quality control. Methods: Carbonated beverages were analyzed by an electronic nose. Consequently, the data were subject to analysis by the WinMuster software. Results: The elec- tronic nose sensors gave excellent response signals. The PCA and LDA could distinguish 10 different varieties of the carbonated beverages. Conclusion: The electronic nose had the capability of distinguishing the carbonated beverages. The method could be applied to government supervisory control and manufactories' inner quality control.
