摘要
我国现行教师节的节期,因缺乏特定文化内涵,自2004年开始便受到各界人士的持续非议,并被建议改至孔子诞辰日。2013年底,国务院法制办在其公布的《教育法律一揽子修订草案(征求意见稿)》中,正式将"拟把教师节改为9月28日"议题摆上桌面。历史上教师节节期历经多变,再次议改自当审慎。教师节择期不宜定在孔子诞辰,这与"诞辰"的来源及其特殊性有很大关系。教师节与古释奠礼在精神主旨上血脉相通,目的都在传达尊师重道之诚意。为教师节注入仪式的元素,不仅能增强节日的历史底蕴、纠正其世俗性偏向,还能确立一个具有丰富涵义的节期。
The date of our current Teachers＇ Day continues to be criticized by people from all walks of life due to lack of specific cultural connotations since 2004, and it was suggested the date of Confucius Birthday. By the end of 2013, the State Council Legislative Affairs Office announced a plan that it will change the date of Teachers＇ Day to September 28 in ＂The draft package of amendments to Legal Education （draft）＂. I think the Teachers＇ Day should not be set at the birthday of Kong Zi,because of the reasons of the origin ＂birthday＂ and its particularity. Teachers＇ Day and Shi Dian has the identical subject spirit,its purpose is to transfer the sincerity to the teacher and the truth. The ritual elements into the teacher＇s day, can not only enhance the festive historical heritage, correct its secular bias, but also can find a feast with multiple meanings.
