摘要
针对水利工程自然环境影响评价指标体系所涉及到的要素较多、不易量化分析等问题,应用AHP法对评价内容和评价指标体系进行了研究,结合江西省赣江中游万安水电站实例,根据该工程特点,找出主要影响因子,建立评价指标体系,客观评价了水利工程对水库自然环境的影响状况,研究结果表明组合权向量一致性较好,工程建设对水库水质和流速影响最为明显,而对气象方面的影响可不予考虑,可以为今后水利工程建设提供参考.
Since the evaluation index system of natural environment impact of in water conservancy projects is related with numerous elements and difficult to quantize, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is applied to research the evalua-tion content and evaluation index system. Based on Wanan power station in the middle reaches of Ganjiang River, the key impacting indicator is analyzed, the evaluation index system is set up, and the impact of the water conservancy projects on the natural environment of the reservoir is assessed objectively. The results show that the consistency of combination weight vector is in line with the actual project, influencing more on water quality and flow velocity and negligible on weather, which provides some references for the construction of water conservancy projects in the future.
